How to read working time?
Our standard working time is from 8am to 11pm unless we host an evening event. Evening events are scheduled from 8 pm. Same stays for Saturday’s. You can work on Saturdays unless we have announced some event. Events will be published on the web site and you are welcome to join if they are open for public.
It is possible to enter earlier, from 6am, if needed but our office manager has to be notified first so we can enable you to access.
If you need 24 hour access, let us know! We can accommodate you but we have to know how long you will need it.
Dedicated desk or Hot desk?
We have 15 workstations with ergonomic chairs. If you choose to stay with us with some of the Dedicated membership plans, then you can reserve the same workstation while you are with us. All other places are first-come-first-served per day basis.
How do I book one week?
Choose Drop in plan and then but additional 5 day passes at discounted price.
How do I book 3 days a week?
Our Hot desk plan(s) are configured to be 2 days a week. If you need additional days per week, please let us know and we will add more days per week at your request. You can buy additional days for one week also.
How do I enter and how do I connect to Wifi?
We use Cobot for managing our co-working memberships. It means that you will be redirected to shipyard-coworking.cobot.me where you will be asked to create an account. The same username and password will be used to access our Wifi.
Second step is to download Salto KS app (you will receive invitation email from us) where your digital key will be stored. You will be asked to create an account here also but it is not the account you will use to access Wifi.
What do you mean by high speed Internet?
We use optical internet connection of 1 Gbps in download and 250 Mbps in upload. Our Wifi is encrypted with SSL certificate and secured with your username and password.
