What Are Your Working Hours?

Our standard working hours are from 8 AM to 11 PM, Monday through Saturday, unless we have an evening event scheduled. Evening events typically begin at 8 PM. This schedule also applies to Saturdays, unless an event is announced. Event details will be published on our website, and you’re welcome to join if they are open to the public.
If you need to start earlier, you can access the space starting from 6 AM, but please notify our office manager in advance so we can arrange access for you.

If you require 24-hour access, please let us know! We can accommodate you, but we will need to know the duration for which you require access.

What Amenities Are Included?

All memberships include access to high-speed internet, ergonomic chairs, coffee/tea, and a clean, comfortable workspace. We also offer printing, mail handling, and access to meeting rooms (subject to availability). For our dedicated members, we provide personal storage lockers as well.

Is There Parking Available?

There is free public parking available right in front of the building. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

How Do I Book for One Week?

To book for one week, choose our Drop-In plan, then purchase additional 5-day passes at a discounted rate.

How Do I Book 3 Days a Week?

Our Hot Desk plan is set up for 2 days per week. If you need 3 days a week, simply let us know, and we can add the extra day for you. You can also purchase additional days as needed for any given week.

Dedicated Desk or Hot Desk?

We offer 15 workstations, all equipped with ergonomic chairs. If you choose one of our Dedicated Membership plans, you’ll have the option to reserve the same workstation each time you visit. All other workstations are available on a first-come, first-served basis daily.

How Do I Enter and Connect to Wi-Fi?

We use Cobot to manage memberships, so you’ll be redirected to shipyard-coworking.cobot.me to create your account. Your Cobot login will also be used to access our Wi-Fi.

Next, download the Salto KS app (you’ll receive an invitation email from us). This is where your digital key will be stored. Please note that your account in the Salto app is separate from the one used for Wi-Fi access.

What Do You Mean by High-Speed Internet?

Our internet connection is ultra-fast with 1 Gbps download and 250 Mbps upload speeds. The Wi-Fi is encrypted with SSL and secured by your personal username and password.

Can I Host an Event at Your Space?

Yes! We have event spaces available for workshops, presentations, or networking events. Please reach out to us in advance to book the space and discuss your specific requirements.

What Happens If I Need to Cancel My Membership or Booking?

We understand things come up! For cancellations or changes to your membership, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. For bookings like meeting rooms, a 24-hour notice is also required.
